Nanny Consultants NJ LLC has over 30 years experience in staffing. We have worked in corporate staffing, service staffing and most recently supporting mothers with child care in the NY Metro Area, serving NJ, NYC, LI, West Chester NY and Connecticut. As mothers we know the importance of finding the right fit for your family and for your children and this is our priority. We conduct full reference checks, background screenings and hold our nannies up to high standards.
Background Screenings include:
- Identity Verification (which includes SSN Validation, Address Check, & Alias Check)
- Nationwide Criminal Database
- National Sex Offender Search
- Driving Record
- Drug Screening
Nanny Consultants will refer qualified nannies for you to decide if she/he is the right care taker for your children and your family. Once the nanny is hired by you, and she/he starts we will charge you through our payment arrangements. We offer two payment structures:
- Flat fee — Invoice comes to you after you hire your nanny.
- Monthly fee — This contract is for a montly fee, charged for 12 months.
As you grow and your children grow, our parent support and resources will as well. We plan on building a comprehensive resource center all from our website to assist you not only when you are on the hunt for the right nanny but also when you need answers about parenting issues.
